The house is 180 m2 with 5 bedrooms, 1 living room, a fully equiped kitchen, 1 bathroom, 2 toilets.

Bedroom Bird : 1 double bed 160 cm in one frame - 1 double duvet

Bedroom Boat : 1 double bed 140 cm, 1 double duvet

Bedroom Espadrilles : 2 single beds  80cm in one frame + 1 Futon 1 person, single duvets

Bedroom Balade : 1 double bed 180 cm, 1 double duvet

Bedroom Marine  : 2 single beds 90 cm, 2 single duvets

 

Groundfloor (kitchen and lounge) is gaz heated, all bedrooms are heated electrically.

A fully equiped terrace with wooden table, chairs, bench.

Indoor board games, outdoor wooden games, spades and buckets for the sand, 2 adult bikes, 1 kids bike, 4 kites.

Some pairs of wellington boots, rain coats,

KITCHEN

Kitchen's basics like salt, pepper, oil, garbage bags, toilet paper.  Please replace ingredients if you finish them. Thank you.

The kitchen has 5 gaz burners, 1 electric oven, a dishwasher, a new large fridge/freezer.  Kitchen table seats 8 people.

ROOMS

The rooms are equiped with beds, pillows, and duvets and own electric heater.  

Please bring with you your linen, and towels.

CHARGES

Water/gaz/electricity consumptions are charged seperatelly according to your usage (index in and out).

For our planet, please pay attention to your consumption in order to avoid unncecessary pollution.

CLEANING

The house will be clean upon your arrival.  Therefore, when you leave, please clean the full property.  However, an optional cleaning service is possible for 60 euros.  Please book it with us by email before your stay.

DEPOSIT (RETURNED AFTER YOUR STAY)

Deposit will be asked that will cover breakage and the cleaning (flat fee 60 euros).

For a week end, deposit is 200 euros.  For a week or more 500 euros.

 

Animals are not welcome. 

Private outdoor parking in the property.  2 cars allowed.
