The house is located in a calm and typical seaside street, in the "quartier des villas" with a 300m2 garden circulating the house, close to the center of the village (3 min walk), and 400 m from the best part of the seafront.  The garde is closed with wooden sheds and doors, so the kids can play safely.

 

It dates back to 1906 and is one of the oldest and famous houses of Sint Idesbald.  The rooms are spread out on 3 levels, through a central staircase.
