Hello,
We've prepared an overview of the prices here below. We do not accept 1 night, or half week bookings, because the preparation and the cleaning of the house would not be possible.
To guarantee your reservation, We ask for 50% downpayment. 1 month prior to arrival, please pay the other 50%. 7 days before your arrival please pay the deposit and we will return it to you after your stay, less the cleaning (60 eur) and water/gaz/electricity consumption (calculated on index out / in at price mentionned in the contract).
For a week end, deposit is 200 euros. For a week or more 500 euros.
The cancelation policy is :
*60 days before your stay : refund less 15% of the total amount of the reservation with a minimum of 150 euros.
All other case we can not refund because we will have lost the possibility of renting the property to someone else.

Calendar 2017-2018
The booking is confirmed by the full payment.
The house is maximum for 10 guests, 2 per room.
No dogs.
No tents for extra guests in the garden.
Do not forget to bring with you your linen for beds, and towels for the bathroom.
Table & chairs in the kitchen for 8 people.
Water/gaz/electricity consumptions are charged separately according to your usage (index in and out).
The house will be clean upon your arrival. When you leave, please clean the full property.
Deposit will be asked that will cover breakage (please tell us no worries !) and the cleaning (flat fee 60 euros).

2-3 cars parking in front of garage. Please do not park in front of the house on the street. Please do not park in the Garden.
